â Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Filling:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
