Eggs Benedict is the ultimate brunch upgrade—rich, elegant, and surprisingly doable.


🔍 What is Eggs Benedict?

A classic brunch dish with English muffins, poached eggs, ham, and hollandaise sauce.


⭐ Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins (split)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon

Hollandaise:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Toast muffins and cook bacon
  2. Poach eggs in simmering water
  3. Blend yolks + lemon, slowly add butter
  4. Assemble and pour sauce on top
