Joe was so easy to work with – we reached out with our budget and needs, and he responded with a sample menu super quickly (chicken drumsticks, pork ribs, butternut squash taquitos, some amazing salads, and fruit and cheese platters for our D&D/fantasy themed wedding – so perfect!). He was very responsive when I asked about a severe gluten allergy in a guest, and asked when he wanted to alter a menu item to include nuts in case a guest had an issue. We only had minimal allergies/diets to accommodate (mostly vegan and veggie folks) but Joe handled dietary restrictions with ease.
He was always quick to answer any question at all that I had, and very flexible on when we could met in person. He’s also just a really nice, cool dude, and does some awesome stuff to give back to the community – you couldn’t be supporting a better person!
On top of all that, the food was just to die for. My sister said to me day of, “This is the best wedding food I’ve ever had!”. The ribs and chicken were so tender and wonderful, the salads so damn tasty – I went back for seconds despite my slightly-too-small wedding dress, and so did plenty of other guests! And they helped us to cut and serve the cake too! He made everything just a breeze – I didn’t have to worry about a thing day of.
I would absolutely recommend Joe for another wedding or any other event, and would work with him again in a heartbeat!
