We may not have forests turning orange everywhere you look, but give us a pumpkin patch, a corn maze, some local food and a cool evening and we’ll build a pretty good autumn.

Schnepf Farms is one of the classic fall destinations in the Phoenix area.
Its Pumpkin and Chili Party combines farm activities with seasonal entertainment and, importantly, food.

Vertuccio Farms offers a pumpkin patch, corn maze and a variety of family activities during its fall season.
3. Tolmachoff Farms — Glendale
Tolmachoff Farms offers pumpkin activities and multiple corn-maze experiences, including a haunted option during the Halloween season.
4. Mother Nature’s Farm — Gilbert
This family-oriented fall destination combines pumpkins, farm activities, hayrides and seasonal entertainment.
5. MacDonald’s Ranch — Scottsdale
MacDonald’s Ranch offers pumpkin-patch activities, games and family attractions in a desert-ranch setting.
6. Mortimer Farms — Dewey
Mortimer Farms offers a particularly large fall experience with farm rides, a corn maze and additional activities.
7. Apple Annie’s Orchard — Willcox
Southern Arizona offers something the desert stereotype doesn’t prepare you for:

Near Tucson, Marana’s fall festival combines pumpkins, farm attractions and family activities.
9. Snowflake Harvest Fest
Snowflake’s 2026 Harvest Fest is scheduled for October 10 and includes arts, crafts, food vendors, entertainment, children’s activities and farm experiences.
10. Slide Rock State Park Fall Festival
If you’d rather combine fall activities with scenery, Slide Rock State Park’s 2026 Fall Festival is scheduled for October 3 in Oak Creek Canyon.
